Steven Barrett discusses the right to strike under international law
Steven Barrett will join an international panel of distinguished lawyers to discuss the right to strike under International Law. The seminar has been organized by the Jack and Mae Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security and follows the October 6th opening of public hearings by the International Court of Justice for its advisory opinion on the “Right to Strike under ILO Convention No. 87.” This case is expected to have major implications for international and domestic labour law, as well as the regulation of the right to strike, worldwide.
