Peter Engelmann teaches evidence in human rights matters
Peter Engelmann will discuss the remedial powers of human rights tribunals on Day 4 of Osgoode Professional Development’s Certificate in Human Rights Theory and Practice. In addition to discussing the more traditional remedies of damages and/or reinstatement (for example in a case of discrimination in the workplace), Peter and other faculty will talk about the systemic remedies that may be available.
