Emma Phillips to co-chair LSUC seminar on accommodation
Emma Phillips will co-chair the Law Society of Upper Canada’s seminar on The Duty to Accommodate in the Workplace. The seminar will address the best approaches to accommodating mental health issues, the appropriate role for a physician in the accommodation process, the impact of genetic testing on privacy and accommodation in the workplace and understanding the obligations that the AODA imposes on lawyers.
