Colleen Bauman co-leads a program entitled, “At the Bargaining Table: Rights, Strategies and Legal Duties” as part of Osgoode Professional Development’s one-day Collective Bargaining Essentials conference. Topics to be discussed include navigating the duty to bargain in good faith, managing the disclosure of information, dealing with impasses, and how to handle the tricky “in-between” period after a collective agreement has expired.
