Adriel Weaver will present as part of a panel entitled, “Prison Law and Administrative Decision-Making: Current Issues and Developments” at Osgoode Professional Development’s 21st Annual National Forum: Administrative Law and Practice 2026. The panel will examine current developments in prison and correctional law, including procedural fairness, institutional decision-making, Charter considerations, access to remedies and the role of judicial review in scrutinizing correctional decisions.
