Adriel Weaver speaks at the Immigration Detention Summit
Adriel Weaver will update attendees at the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers’ Immigration Detention Summit on cases involving the availability of habeas corpus to challenge decisions refusing transfer immigration detainees to lower security classifications and on whether immigration detainees are compellable witnesses in their own detention reviews.
