For the third time in three years, the Ontario Government has moved to unilaterally cut the fees it pays to Ontario physicians. The Ontario Medical Association has now launched a challenge under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, arguing that doctors have a constitutional right to binding and independent arbitration.
