Jen Quito

Director, Legal Talent

Biography

Jen Quito helps lawyers and law students find their place in the profession. As Director of Legal Talent, she works closely with associates and students to ensure they feel supported as they grow their careers. She oversees recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and mentorship programs, with the goal of helping people thrive.

Before joining the firm, Jen spent six years at a leading union-side labour firm practising pay equity and human rights law, developing a strong commitment to fairness and equity. She then moved to the Law Society of Ontario, overseeing programs and policies for lawyer licensing, continuing professional development, and peer-based coaching. That experience sparked her focus on developing lawyers and building programs that support their growth. Most recently, she managed the student program at a global Bay Street firm, gaining experience in leading talent management practices and learning how to support and guide those entering the legal profession.

Jen is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive spaces for lawyers and students, and loves seeing people find the right fit for their skills and interests.

When she’s not working, Jen can be found reading cookbooks (and occasionally even making something from them), spending time in nature, and dreaming up plans for neighbourhood block parties.
