Kelly Doctor talks to Cuban & Canadian lawyers
Steven Barrett, Kelly Doctor, Emma Phillips and Ethan Poskanzer participated in a workshop for Cuban and Canadian labour lawyers hosted by the International Labour Rights Committee of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and the Cuban National Union of Jurists. Workshop participants discussed a range of labour-related issues, including collective bargaining, the role of unions, and labour regulation in Cuba’s newly emerging private sector.
