Fiona Campbell to moderate panel on Bill C-16
Fiona Campbell will moderate a panel discussion on Bill C-16 which, if passed, will amend the Canadian Human Rights Act to include gender identity and gender expression.
The panel, Gender Identity, Gender Expression and Your Practice, will discuss recent developments in this area of the law, as well as helpful strategies for interacting with transgender and gender queer clients, staff and others in a respectful and inclusive manner. The panel is a joint program of the Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights section and the Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
