Simon Archer added to roster of climate governance experts
Simon Archer has been added to the Canada Climate Law Initiative’s roster of climate governance experts.
The CCLI is an inter-disciplinary research initiative that works with lawyers, economists, scholars, directors, pension trustees, asset managers and other institutional investors to move Canada towards a sustainable net-zero carbon economy by 2050.
The CCLI’s mission is to ensure Canadian directors and trustees understand their fiduciary obligations with respect to climate change, and have access to resources to help them govern with confidence in the area of climate-related financial risks and opportunities.
The CCLI’s roster of climate governance experts includes professionals from across the country who are available to meet with board directors, pension trustees and other fiduciaries, and share insights on the latest developments in sustainable finance, climate disclosure, and corporate governance.
