Sometimes you need to write about something other than law

What about danish pastries?  Did you know that the danish resulted from a strike?

In 1850, bakers in Denmark went on strike over wages. Foreign workers were brought into the country to strike break, including Austrian bakers who introduced their own traditional pastry recipe. This recipe proved to be popular with the Danes and Danish bakers later modified it, resulting in what is today known as the danish.
