Peter Engelmann teaches advanced topics in human rights

Peter Engelmann will be part of a panel teaching advanced topics in human rights theory and practice to the students in the Osgoode Professional Development’s Certificate in Human Rights Theory and Practice.

Some of the topics to be covered will include workplace restoration (re-establishing harmonious working relationships, the impact of investigations, dealing with the threat of reprisals, healthy workplace best practices), judicial review, advancing the law, and new developments in human rights law (family status discrimination, religious accommodation, undue hardship, freedom of expression and equality rights).
