Lise Leduc discusses balancing fiscal concerns with fundamental rights

Lise Leduc will attend Lancaster House’s 2nd Annual Labour Law Conference (Ottawa) to discuss how collective bargaining has fared in the context of fiscal and legislative restraints. She will also discuss the course and potential outcome of Charter litigation relating to the right to strike and the right to bargain collectively.
