Christine Davies discusses labour law issues in franchising
Christine Davies will participate in the Ontario Bar Association’s panel discussion on Labour and Employment Issues in Franchising.
The panel will address the specific concerns that arise in the context of franchises, including “joint employers”; training of franchisees, their managers and staff; employee manuals; limiting controls over franchisee employment practices; and unionization within franchising.
