Divisional Court overturns Information and Privacy Commissioner’s order to release financial records of a construction sector pension plan to a rival trade union.

Lorne Richmond and Kelly Doctor have successfully challenged a decision by Ontario’s Information and Privacy Commissioner ordering the Canadian Bricklayers & Allied Craft Unions Members Pension Trust to hand over financial records to a rival trade union.
